I have only two poems that I like enough, and that are un-mawkish enough, to put on a website. I have just noticed that they both make reference to the Mongols, who, under Ghengis Khan, swept through Europe and Asia in the thirteenth century. This is entirely coincidental: one’s about depression while the other’s about watching two goats in the goat enclosure at Clissold Park.
